What Is Erectile Dysfunction?

Erectile Dysfunction (ED) is defined as the inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for satisfactory sexual intercourse. Most men can actually achieve some sort of an erection, but complain that it is not as firm or long lasting as they like it to be.

How Common is ED?

It happens to the best of us. Erectile Dysfunction is very common in those over 40 years of age; it can affect men of all ages. Some men do not even realize they have Erectile Dysfunction.

I. The majority of the causes of Erectile Dysfunction are physical in nature.

II. Over half of all men between 40 and 70 have erectile dysfunction. This includes premature ejaculation.

III. At least 1 in 10 men can’t get an erection at all. That ends up being over 8 million American men.

IV. There is a strong association between age and ED. Research shows 4 out of every 6 men between the ages of 40 and 70 have ED. Men at the age of 70 and up are affected by either minimal, moderate or complete ED.

V. Did you know over 42% of men did not know they were performing under par due to ED.

VI. Almost every man studied was not aware he could be CURED OF CERTAIN ERECTILE DYSFUNCTIONS.

VII. Incredible but True – Men who could not get an erection, even over 75 years of age, WERE COMPLETELY CURED OF THEIR PREVIOUS ED PROBLEMS BY TAKING SPECIFIC MEDICATIONS.

What Are The Treatment Options?

The treatment options vary according to each individual patient’s need and special circumstances due to past history of either Diabetes, Stroke, High Blood Pressure, Alcoholism, Drug Use, Prostate Cancer and other Medical issues. We have several treatment protocols available. We use sublingual tablets (under the tongue), pills, creams, high-pressure topical or injections. Until our licensed physicians see and diagnosis you, we will not know which treatment is right for you. We treat each and every patient as an individual.

*Enhance blood flow and muscle health to the penis.

We are proud to announce the treatment for erectile dysfunction called EPAT which stands for Extracorporeal Pulse Activation Treatment, also called Low-intensive Shockwave Therapy. The pulsed sound waves use energy from acoustic waves to trigger a process called neovascularization improving blood flow and improve muscle health to the penis.

The shockwave treatment is noninvasive, relatively painless and the success rate depends on the severity of the erectile dysfunction. Some may still need to utilize medication after the therapy, however, this may improve. Call to learn more about this exciting new treatment.

EPAT Low-Intensity Shockwave Treatment increases healing rate for soft tissue injuries and aids relief for painful conditions of the foot and ankle, TMJ and other areas. This therapy is also thought to be effective at reducing cellulite.

Other Treatments Include:

  • Peyronies
  • Cellulite Removal
  • Coccydynia/Coccyx Pain
  • Temporal Mandibular Joint Dysfunction
  • Muscle Pain/Back Injury
  • Trigger Point
  • Planta Fascittis

Premature ejaculation is experienced by 3 out of 10 American men. This condition is the inability to keep ejaculation from occurring during intercourse due to heightened stimulation of the nerves at the end of the penis. If your sex life is suffering from premature ejaculation, you can depend on us at Prime Male Medical. We can help extend the pleasure you receive and provide treatment that may be able to control premature ejaculation.

Causes of premature ejaculation include:

  • Oversensitive gland in the penis
  • Nervousness or tension during sex

With Prime Male Medical, we can resolve your problem so you can enjoy your sex life to the fullest. When you feel confident in bed, helps you feel confident in all aspects of your life.

What Is Testosterone?

Testosterone is a steroid hormone from the androgen group and is found in mammals, reptiles, birds, and other vertebrates. In mammals, testosterone is primarily secreted in the testicles of males and the ovaries of females, although small amounts are also secreted by the adrenal glands. It is the principal make sex hormone and an anabolic steroid.

In men, testosterone plays a key role in the development of male reproductive tissues such as the testis and prostate as well as promoting secondary sexual characteristics such as increased muscle, bone mass, and the growth of body hair. In addition, testosterone is essential for health and well-being as well as the prevention of osteoporosis.

Testosterone levels decline gradually with age in human beings. The clinical significance of this decrease is debated. There is disagreement about when to treat aging men with testosterone replacement therapy. The American Society of Andrology’s position is that “testosterone replacement therapy in aging men is indicated when both clinical symptoms and signs suggestive of androgen deficiency and decreased testosterone levels are present.” The American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists says “Hypogonadism is defined as a free testosterone level that is below the lower limit of normal for young adult control subjects. Previously, age-related decreases in free testosterone were once accepted as normal. Currently, they are not considered normal. Patients with borderline testosterone levels warrant a clinical trial of testosterone.

Low Testosterone can cause eight distinct symptoms

  • Low Energy Level
  • Low Libido (sex drive)
  • Some mind clarity issues (including a link to the development of Altzheimer’s Disease)
  • Inability to lose weight, especially belly fat
  • Can cause Erectile Dysfunction
  • Is a precursor to the development of diabetes
  • Is a precursor the the development of cardiovascular disease
  • Is a contributor to increase morbidity (early death)

A simple blood test is performed and analysed to determine your Testosterone level.

One of our physicians will prescribe hormone replacement therapy with bioidentical Testosterone in order to raise your Testosterone level back up to a physiological level.

Sermorelin Therapy

Sermorelin therapy intends to replace lost HGH levels with the use of a compound called Sermorelin acetate. Sermorelin is an amino acid (growth hormone releasing peptide) that stimulates the body to produce more HGH, and it is now widely used as an anti-aging treatment. Sermorelin therapy can improve your mood and libido. … Also, a decreased libido is often associated with a human growth hormone decline, and is also associated with a decline in testosterone and estrogen production, but restoring normal HGH levels has been shown to improve libido for both men and women.

HCG Diet

HCG or human chorionic gonadotropin is a hormone produced during pregnancy to help the baby grow, and while it has been used for different purposes in the medical community for decades, it has recently become the centerpiece of a new diet that uses HCG drops, shots, or spray to raise testosterone production in males and help keep and promote lean vascular muscle gains.

*Enhance your penis with increased
blood circulation and sensation

The PRP Shot™ uses blood-derived growth factors. It is a natural process that the body does not reject, and is very successful. It is common for men to have decreased testosterone levels, which in turn, develop into problems in their sex life. The Priapus Shot™ boosts sensation with blood circulation to achieve the desired results.

This is very effective for many men who struggle with ED.

This treatment is natural, because your own cells are used, treated with a chemical that is not foreign to the body, and injected into specific areas. Since a distillate of growth factors from your own blood (PRFM) is used. The body reacts to the treated cells, in the same way it reacts to a wound, and immediately starts repairing the tissue. This builds the underlying tissue, which typically results in positive changes.

The PRFM stimulates new blood flow with new blood vessels (neovascularization).

Sermorelin (GHRH) is a bio-identical hormone that has recently been genetically engineered to stimulate the secretion of Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) from the hypothalamus, gland adjacent to the pituitary gland. GHRH is a peptide that contains the first 29 amino acids of our own GH. These 29 amino acids are the active amino acids of GHRH. It is GHRH that stimulates the pituitary glands to release GH. As we get older, the hormones produced by the anterior pituitary are depleted. It has now been shown that GHRH can restore the GH-RNA to a youthful level causing elevation of levels of IGF-1.

Sermorelin is injected into the body fat, subcutaneously, using a very small needle similar to what a diabetic uses to inject insulin.  Injections are initially prescribed for every day and are decreased in frequency over time.

Sermorelin is presented in a multi-dosed, injectable vial.  Each vial contains a powder disc which contains 15mg (15,000 micrograms) of lyophilized Sermorelin Acetate. The vial is vacuum sealed by the pharmacy for your protection and for the preservation of the hormone peptide.  Each Sermorelin vial also comes with a bottle of Bacteriostatic Water as a diluent.  The Bacteriostatic Water is mixed with the Sermorelin to provide solution for injection.  Administration and storage instructions will be provided with your prescription.

Due to the pulsatile nature of both endogenous HGH and IGF-1, a single blood draw is not sufficient for accurate measurement.   Most physicians who prescribe Sermorelin and similar peptides measure effectiveness in patients through symptomatology (the study of your symptoms-see benefits); physical appearance and measurements; and more frequent blood analysis.

Just like most peptide hormones, Sermorelin usually has a “loading” period of 3-6 months before full effects are noticed.  Once injected, both Sermorelin and rHGH are eliminated from then body very quickly and therefore need to be injected frequently.  Its actions are dependent on a chain reaction of biological processes which result in elevated and sustained HGH and growth factors.  It takes some time for levels to become optimal and initiate the benefits we are seeking to achieve.

After 4 years of observing patients taking Sermorelin, I have noticed that patients usually report improved sleep within the first few weeks of therapy.  Of course, this is only noticed in patients who have trouble sleeping in the first place, however most patients at least notice an increase in sleep quality.  This is usually concurrent with increased energy levels and improved mood.  After 3-6 months of therapy patients start reporting noticeable significant body changes, such as increase in muscle tone and a leaner physique. Over time patients will also notice a significant improvement in skin tone and health.

Actually, no.  Sermorelin has an ongoing effect in which optimal HGH levels can be sustained long after the last injection.  Just like synthetic HGH, Sermorelin initially must be injected every day.  Unlike synthetic HGH, once optimal levels are sustained with Sermorelin injection frequencies can be decreased or stopped altogether.  Once results are achieved, patients are then switched to a maintenance protocol eliminating the need for ongoing daily injections and reducing the total cost of therapy!

The best time to take Sermorelin is prior to bedtime.  Growth Hormone is primarily released during sleep and most beneficial to the body’s recovery and repair during this time.  Sermorelin has a promoting effect on sleep and can therefore make you tired if taken during the day.

HCG or human chorionic gonadotropin is a hormone produced during pregnancy to help the baby grow, and while it has been used for different purposes in the medical community for decades, it has recently become the centerpiece of a new diet that uses HCG drops, shots, or spray to suppress appetite and cause weight loss.

It is used to help females get pregnant, and can be used to stimulate testosterone production in males. Helps keep muscle gains made from TRT cycle. Usually taken with IGF-1 lr3 to help solidify gains made. The combination of HCG with IGF-1 lr3 will help users stay full, lean and vascular. Perfect combination to keep from shrinking and losing gains.

HCG mimics LH (luteinizing hormone). The presence of LH causes the Leydig cells in the gonads to produce testosterone. This effect also restores the size of the testes rather quickly if they were suppressed from a cycle.

HCG DIET PHASE 1

Phase 1 is often the most overlooked phase of the HCG diet plan, but probably the most important. Phase 1 involves high caloric and high fat intake for 2-3 days while taking HCG. This is the beginning of all HCG regimens, whether or not you’ve done one previously. This is absolutely critical to success, as the body will attempt to deposit new fat cells and lipids, but the HCG hormone will begin to stop it from doing so. Rather than storing new fat, the body will loosen and mobilize fat and lipids. Once you start the diet plan itself, these newly mobilized lipids and fats result in extremely rapid weight loss. (10 lbs in 2-3 days being very common). During this phase however, it’s critical to keep taking HCG supplements (HCG drops) or injections, and from that day forward you cannot halt your intake of HCG until the regimen is completed.

Phase 2 is often the most challenging for dieters. It requires strict caloric intake between 500-700 calories/day, though this is actually quite a bit of physical food if done correctly. Generally speaking, lean protein is fine, fish and chicken in particular. Meals are made up of coffee and tea for breakfast and then two major meals for lunch and dinner. These meals can be rather substantial, and actually provides many excellent recipes in their free guides whenever you order. The HCG diet entails upwards of 60 days of low calorie intake and HCG intake. Both of these things combined help you to lose upwards of 50 lbs in a single treatment schedule, which is simply amazing. The first 5-10 days of Phase 2 are the most powerful, and usually weight reduction after that drops to like 0.5 pounds per day or so. The use of the HCG weight loss muscle tone and a leaner physique. Over time patients will also notice a significant improvement in skin tone and health. program can be an excellent way to lose weight. This part/stage the program is where the bulk of the person’s weight comes off.

Phase 3: REST! By far everyone’s favorite period of the HCG diet plan (and honestly one of the most critical as well). Caloric intake is returned to between 1200-1500/day, but the low fat and no milk portions of the diet remain to keep the body free of external unnatural hormones. This phase is initiated after about 43-60 days dependent upon the regimen followed. During this particular phase, HCG intake is halted, and a new diet plan called the “stability phase” is activated. HCG must be flushed from the body for a period no shorter than 23 days, before beginning a new regimen. This is necessary for your body to keep shedding weight and not simply adapt to the HCG intake, either from HCG drops or otherwise. Maintenance is another term often used for Phase 3, but it really doesn’t matter what it is called, Phase 3 is probably the most critical phase for people who are interested in losing over 30 lbs, since multiple HCG regimens are necessary. There are specific phase 3 foods that go well with it, but just avoid dairy and high fat foods and you will do well in this phase and be ready to start again. Some people actually continue to lose weight during Phase 3! Not surprisingly they come back into their HCG diet plan after 23 days even happier than when they left!
