All of this begins with an initial consultation with us so we can see where you’re at with your weight, and where you want to be. From there will put together an initial weight loss plan alongside the injections and adapt it as needed.
A Refined but Satisfying Diet
Meals will take the form of lean proteins and complex carbohydrates that are not overly refined. The goal is to give your body clean energy that is easy to digest and process. This is especially important as these lighter calorie meals will give you the feeling of being much more full and satisfied. So we do not want to overstuff or go above a light meal during this time as it could upset your stomach and make you feel sick.
Weight Loss Support Team
Injections will take place on the same day, once per week, and you will apply them to yourself in the comfort of your own home. Every four weeks we will check in and see how things are going. That way we can adapt your plan and ensure that you are feeling good. And if you have any concerns or feel unwell, we will work to find a cause and solution to ensure you can continue your weight loss plan while being more comfortable.
